Arts Education & Traditional Caribbean Carnival Workshops
IELA present arts education workshops and entertainment that help to create a fun and exciting atmosphere. Our instructors teach children how to use their ideas to conceptualize designs, and use their designs to create masks, costumes and other arts projects.
